Manor Road is a short street in North Billerica running from Treble Cove Road toward the Concord River, just west of the river crossing at the Fordway Bridge. It was laid out as the main street of Treble Cove Manor, a house-lot subdivision drawn by J. B. Monahan, civil engineer, on August 18, 1941 and recorded on December 16, 1941. The plan shows Manor Road, 40 feet wide, running from Treble Cove Road between lots fronting on the river, with Charlesmere Road branching off it back to Treble Cove Road; the land of a church and of the O'Brien family lay at the corner. The street takes its name from the development itself.
There was no earlier road here. The land lay between Treble Cove Road and the river and does not appear as a way on the town maps of 1831, 1853 or 1875, and the street is not among the roads of the 1831 map accepted by the town in 2016. The town installed a water main in Manor Road in 1956.
The fall town meeting of 1980 accepted Manor Road as a public way on October 7, 1980, "a street approximately 40' wide and 363' long," together with Charlesmere Road and other private ways under Article 23. It has since been maintained as a town street, and was crack sealed in 2012.
